14 years of building websites
I’ve worked with small businesses, independent professionals, and growing companies across more than six industries.
Every project starts the same way: I need to understand how your business actually works before I touch a design tool.
That’s meant learning the ins and outs of plumbing installations, financial software, martial arts schools, and everything in between.
It keeps things interesting. And it keeps your website honest.

My Design Process
Discovery and Research
Before anything gets designed, I dig into your world. I research your competitors, study your industry and get a clear picture of where you sit in the market. This stage shapes everything that follows.
1.
Content and Connections
Good design needs good content. I help you gather what is needed, copy, images, brand assets, and connect you with the right people if gaps exist: writers, photographers, videographers. You have one point of contact throughout: me.
2.
User Research
Understanding who your users are and what they need comes before any visual decisions. I map user goals and pain points early so the design solves real problems rather than just looking good.
3.
Layout – And First Draft
With content and research done, I put together a first draft. A clear layout that brings everything together. This is where we agree on structure, flow and messaging before any final design work begins.
4.
Design and Build
Once the draft is signed off, I move into the full design and build. Every detail gets refined, visually and technically, until the site is something you are proud to put your name on.
5.
Launch, Analytics and Ongoing Support
Going live is the start, not the finish. I set up analytics so you can see what is working, and offer maintenance and updates on your terms, at whatever pace suits your business.
6.
What My Clients Say

Miguel Sierra., Hoi An Muay Thai

Scott Savage., Enhanced Building Plans
“We never would have had the time to do this ourselves, but working with Pierre makes it too easy. He just speaks to us, gets exactly what needs to be done, and does it. Thanks to him, our calendar is fully packed, we’re getting 7 quotes a week through the website that convert straight into site visits and clients. “

Questions & Answers
Can you help me with Content?
Yes, and it is usually the most important part. I work with trusted UX writers, photographers and videographers who can fill the gaps. Getting the right content in place before we design saves time and produces better results.
How long does it take to build a website?
It depends on scope, but most projects run between 4 and 10 weeks. A simple brochure site moves quickly. Something with custom features or a lot of content takes longer. You will get a clear timeline before we start.
Do you include SEO optimisation?
Yes. Every website includes on-page SEO as standard: structured content, proper headings, fast load times and keyword targeting at page level. For WordPress sites I use Yoast on every page. You also get a sitemap, schema markup and an llms.txt for AI search visibility.
Do I need a Google Business Profile?
For most local businesses, yes. It is one of the highest-value things you can set up and it is free. I will help you get it live and send you a simple template to start collecting genuine reviews from clients.
What about AI search?
It is a growing priority and something I build in from the start. Every site gets an llms.txt, a sitemap, Google Search Console integration and structured data, so AI tools can find and surface your content alongside traditional search.
How much do you charge?
Every project is quoted on its own. I will give you a clear, itemised estimate before anything starts. I take 40% upfront to begin work and the remaining 60% on completion. My Daily contractual rate is £400/day.
